Everything seems to fit together here and exude the same mood. The drooping flower, cloudy sky, and the empty surroundings all give this really lonely feeling. Thanks for sharing! Great pic.

wow – yes, the flower has that sad affect – but the entire photo has captured a mood of its own – the deep recess of concrete with the graffiti – the white squares in a pattern mid way in – and the buildings – with a small opening in the middle – pulls the eye in and maybe past all this = that small opening almost feel alike hope – what a striking image you give us here ….

I am a big fan of taking photos of flowers that have wilted. I’ve posted a few and, amazingly, people like them more than fresh flowers.
Your photo fits perfectly with the decaying background.
