It’s Kabeljou – the Afrikaans name for Silver Kob, Mild Meagre, Daga Salmon. Found off the Namibian coast. A fairly common fish in South Africa, although it is on the orange list for sustainable fish. It has a firm, white, flaky flesh. A great food photo!
