I haven’t eaten that much scallops, & I don’t eat them that often. I don’t think it sounds all that appetizing, still being in the shell. [(I haven’t been to seafood restaurants all that often-I do like shrimp-(baby or jumbo)-tuna from the can; tuna steak, crabs; crab cakes; lobster sometimes; fillet of flounder)].
