That looks delicious! (The orange part-are they orange sections or apricot)? The little crumbly bits look like bread, I think/is there such a dessert as rice cinnamon bread pudding? Must’ve been eaten at a restaurant.
I haven’t had rice pudding in quite a while! (Wish I had some at home, lol; it makes me hungry just looking at it)! Looks like it would be good for you also! Is that homemade?
Do you have to always make it with “real” milk, or would Lactaid milk work just as easily/taste just as good? (I think Lactaid milk tastes practically the same as regular).

They must’ve added a lot of cinnamon, judging by what looks to be a great deal on the side of the plate! It’s like an artist did it!
