Whew! I was worried as to whether farm fresh bacon would look different from the kind I inevitably end up with. 😉 Probably tastes better though, right?
By the way, this picture served as inspiration for my breakfast this morning. I can’t say my kids were terribly impressed with my southwestern breakfast skillet, but I thought it was tasty.

The thumbnail on facebook made this look like a giant bowl of berries… then I read the caption and realized it was bacon… thumbs-down.
