I’m not sure if you are referring this dish as a mix of different Spanish foods, or as a Spanish breakfast. In both cases, in Spain we have a smaller breakfast than in USA (bread with oil, or with butter, cookies or cereals).

I am from Spain and I have never seen a breakfast like this! It can be more a Mexican breakfast.
