  1. Pardon the question, but…with all your traveling and constant change of schedules and eating habits, how do you avoid putting on the pounds? Do you have some sort of personal trainer?

    1. Lots of protein, not so much on carbs. Lots of water. No beer. I could definitely be better though, my BMI is around 23. I’d like to build up a bit more muscle.
