  1. I’ve always wanted to try tofu but wasn’t sure how to prepare it. What are your suggestions for seasoning and preparation?

  2. You must have had this meal somewhere outside the U.S., b/c the tomatoes, as well as everything else, look very fresh. (At least around the North-Central part of the U.S., the tomatoes don’t taste so great until around July; the rest of the yr., tomatoes are so-so).

  3. (I think the only time that tomatoes taste good other than in the summer around PA/NJ/NY/DE, is when they’re shipped from an area of the country that has a warm climate pretty much year-round). This would make a nice appetizer or lunch!
