You must have had this meal somewhere outside the U.S., b/c the tomatoes, as well as everything else, look very fresh. (At least around the North-Central part of the U.S., the tomatoes don’t taste so great until around July; the rest of the yr., tomatoes are so-so).

(I think the only time that tomatoes taste good other than in the summer around PA/NJ/NY/DE, is when they’re shipped from an area of the country that has a warm climate pretty much year-round). This would make a nice appetizer or lunch!
