tracing my roots i found in 1780’s, we have black on my fathers side of the family. he was John Ambrose Whalen Giles.
he worked the produce deptment, with Mr. Kroger, when they started ,Krogerd gro stores. He played football, boxed,
was on Radio, makin good money. Got TB. told he wouldn’t live. He accepted, GOD, as his Saviour, & was healed.
We had to take the test growing up, but they never found any. He preached 66-to-68 years, & died with a smile on his
face, at 87, years old.
