funny, but we eat this every day (without the radish and the style) of course. We just go out into the sea during low tide, pick up a few pieces of sea urchins, open them, pour some vinegar with chili pepper, and that’s it.

To each its own…lol, I could not eat this. I’m a bit too chicken for exotics like this. 😦 But what a beautiful picture!!
