I’ve had this! Many years ago (1989!) in Bruges, Belgium at a house I was staying at as a guest. Another guest was Senegalese and cooked dinner. If I recall, it’s made with peanut butter and when we had it, everyone ate from the same large plate and used their hands. Awesome!
